Since a deep search on an 8TB drive can literally take days, they were perfectly willing to waste my time rather than admit the limitations of their product. As it turns out, all that I have tried including Stellar Premium are not able to search for file types that are call bundles which Photo and DevonThink files are. So, I have been attempting recovery using this product and other data recovery apps.

This included around 30 years of important data, photos in Photo Library and information contained in DevonThink databases.
